I’m Edit Antal — a Grief, Trauma & Success Coach, speaker, and creator of the Holistic Grief & Loss Support Practitioner Training.

My work sits at the intersection of deep emotional healing and aligned life success. I support people who have experienced loss, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions — and who are ready to gently rebuild their lives, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and strength.

I believe grief is not something to “get over”.
It is something to be held, understood, and integrated — with compassion, safety, and respect for each person’s unique journey.

My Approach

My work is trauma-informed, holistic, and deeply human.

I combine:

  • Grief-informed and trauma-aware coaching

  • Somatic and nervous-system-based practices

  • Subconscious work

  • Breathwork, meditation, and emotional processing

  • Gentle success coaching for life after loss

This allows healing to happen without forcing, fixing, or bypassing pain.

Whether I’m working one-to-one, leading group sessions, delivering talks on grief, or training future practitioners, my priority is always the same:
to create a safe space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals who:

  • Are navigating grief, loss, or trauma

  • Feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected

  • Are high-functioning on the outside but struggling within

  • Want to rebuild confidence, purpose, and direction after loss

  • Feel called to turn their own healing into meaningful support for others

I also train and mentor those who wish to support grieving individuals ethically and compassionately through my Holistic Grief & Loss Support Practitioner Course.

My Mission

My mission is to make ethical, compassionate, and accessible grief support available — without shame, pressure, or unrealistic expectations.

I am deeply committed to:

  • Normalising grief and emotional expression

  • Supporting nervous-system safety and emotional regulation

  • Holding strong boundaries between coaching and therapy

  • Empowering people to trust their inner wisdom

  • Raising the standard of grief and loss support
